Decent tasting fast food.

First of all I'd like to say when you order a bacon burger you expect to get bacon in your burger which I did not. It seems Wendy's is falling apart and every time I order food there it's always cold. Wendy's used to be my favorite spot to get a nice little hamburger things have gone out of hand and no I'm not happy. I would have been happy had I have gotten the bacon and not such a messy sandwich.

Friendly staff. Food is good basic fare for a reasonable price. Go to place for a delicious breakfast. Ask for bacon extra crispy.

If you are looking for fast food in a timely manner go somewhere else. When I was there I believe everyone was stoned (not that there is anything wrong with that).

Brought the family here on our way home from the beach. Started off poorly when a female worker ran into the men’s restroom without knocking or announcing her presence. We ordered a very simple order for a family of five and the order got botched 3 times and the final chicken sandwich came out with raw chicken. Definitely, won’t be back and I would recommend to keep driving.

Great fast food, fair prices! Better than some other food!

The manager didn't take our orders correctly...took a while to get the order right.

Food is fine but the drive thru is always slow & they never ask people who's orders are going to take a while to pull around and they will bring it out to them like McD. Speed up the drive thru & it would be fine.

I always get a burger with no bun; extra pickles. Unlike other fast food chains, Wendy’s never messes up my order nor gives me an attitude for a special request. That’s why I keep coming back. Last time I went, the cashier even asked if I wanted my burger wrapped in lettuce. They are very accommodating and it is appreciated.

Food really was delicious, but the service, not so good. We go to order and right off the bat the lady taking our order sounded annoyed with us. We go to get our food and simply realize that part of our order wasn’t there (our nuggets) so, like anyone else would do is we go through again to get our nuggets she forget to put in. Immediately she says they’re at the second door, so we finally get our nuggets we PAYED for and she goes,” they go quick when they’re hot, don’t they?” Basically saying we stole them while giving us the stink eye. Not such a great experience but at least the food was good. Thanks for taking the time to read this if you did :)

After taking 2 bites of the Cod Fish sandwich I ordered, I noticed it was missing the cheese I payed for. They gave me a cold piece of cheese. Why would I put a big piece of cheese on a sandwich after I started eating it. I eventually got the .54 for the cheese the Latino manager, she had an attitude.

Omg... for a quick stop coming from the beach, I was amazed. This was the first time I ever got a burger that looked like the pictures from the advertisements. I got the best lemonade with CRUSHED ice! And the fries were fresh to death. Idk who y'all got back there but they cook with love ❤I couldn't take a picture because we ate it too fast but I'll be back one day. Other #wendys should hope to be like this one, one day

Some of the reviews are insane. Haha not one of them would deter me from going to my favorite Wendy's. Such picky people. They aren't perfect. No restaurant is. Thank you Cape Canaveral Wendy's!

Good taco salad! Love the baked potato and chili !

I love Wendy's more than McDonald's so that's why I'm giving it three stars so don't do that really gets me going and Wendy's is there biggie bag which is really good you get four items for like five bucks

If I could leave no stars then I would. Terrible customer service. Manager hung the phone up on me in the phone call when I was explaining how messed up my food was. I’ve gone to this one multiple times and every time the customer service is bad, the food is cold, and most the time the food is messed up. Go to a different place if you want fast food. Not this one

Food was perfect. The employee who took my money and gave me my food was nice and polite. Drive thru was a little slow but overall a good experience.

Food taste pretty good but we had to wait 7 minutes for nuggets at dinner time.

Was door Dash order, pretty big order. Customer service was great. Fresh food even helped me carry to car.

Great Lunch time meal

It's august 5th, 2:28pm and once we arrived we were greeted with frowning faces. I understand some of there equipment is down, but that doesn't shouldn't change the attitude. The cashier was very unprofessional and she took our order while basically laying on the counter. It was cash only because the stuff was down but jeez at least apologize and do what u can. Once we gave her order, she let out a huge sigh and made a clear sign she didn't want to be serving us. Manager was in the back "sweeping" but seemed like he just didn't want to deal with customers. Not to mention the lady working with the fries wasn't wearing gloves. The fries would trickle on her hand and back into the pot. Wow. should be shut down and filled with at least decent employees. Food is was actually pretty good though. But regardless the service plays a huge role and it was unacceptable. Hope to hear from corporate.

Good to be back but unfortunately they got our order slightly wrong, but food was good. Our first stop is Wendy's when we arrive from England

Drive thru, ordered a biggie bag no onion and a cookie frosty. Recieved a double jalepeno burger and a half full fry with a drink that was handed to me leaking all over the car. Of course I didnt know the order was wrong till I got home to discover it and throw it away. I was gonna write it off because the new frosty cookie sunday was A1, until I saw they charged me 13.50 for my 8$ order. I took the receipt back and explained to them what happened. They understood after I had to explain it to everyone who was working. They remade my burger, I get home they made it wrong. Onions all over it. Most dissapointing Wendy's expierience. If I hadn't ordered the frosty this review would be 0 star.

Would certainly recommend eating here. Fantastic mood, fresh food, good service. 5 stars.

Cheap, quick place to grab a burger. Not bad but not Five Guys.

I really try to love wendys but not anymore. one day you go and the hamburger is good, the other is cold, one day the fries is wonderful, the next you realize that they fried the potato 2 times and it gets greasy and oil-flavored, I really won't go to anymore

Manager was FIRST rude to her employee who was trying to help me get a replacement burger for the order they totally botched. THEN she was rude to me. I had coworkers coming into the restaurant as I was leaving, and I told them, "You don't wanna go in there!" Back at the jobsite, they said, "You were totally right about that place!" Avoid! The attached picture is of the (No)S'awsome (no)bacon burger they made me. Ridiculous.

I've been to this particular Wendy's on more than one occasion. At the end of the day, it's a Wendy's. I've had decent service and the food is solid enough fast food. Nothing fancy, nothing spectacular, but the place has been clean when I have gone and the service even this most recent time was quick. All you would want and expect. And that's saying a lot for a Wendy's that services mostly tourists...

Went here and ordered baconater fries. The cheese wasn’t melted and the bacon was burnt. I asked for it to be remade and let them know what was wrong and they just stuck it in the microwave. So yay for melted cheese and “really crispy” bacon.

Go late at night when the food is fresher!

I always, always loved Wendy's but about two weeks ago I go in and I am having the worse day possible, like it just couldn't get any worse or so I thought... So I go place an other and my card got decline so I tell the kid at the register to run it again because I am looking at my account and I had enough money in there to pay for everyone's meal. Well, he goes get the manager, i expkained the situation to him and, this man was like...🤭its okay you just go ahead and eat, it happens sometimes so I thank him and ask him his name.... Guillermo's is the best

The facility was very clean. And the people very nice. The food fare was Wendy's. Real good chili lots of meat and vegies and a burger on the side. You won't be hungry when you leave!

This place changed staff for the better. A few years ago was behind, non diversified, now is the opposite. I went there for the BOGO via survey and they treated amazingly. Great deal I had on a Combo. The manager was nice. Great service!

I have a food allergy to cheese and ordered a salad without cheese and this Wendy’s pre-makes the salads And they didn’t have any without cheese already made and so that I could still have the salad Alicia made a salad without the cheese for me . This is the kind of customer service that makes you happy and come back! She went above and beyond!! Excellent service!!

To start there was a language barrier with the initial person taking our order, another girl stepped in to help out at the end of our order. I ordered the Southwest chicken salad which was old and withered. I am guessing that it was at least 2 days old. Lots of decayed greens at bottom and scattered throughout. Dining area was clean and we'll maintained, bathrooms were ok. Other food burger, chicken nuggets, chili, and fries were ok. My dads order was wrong. He ordered a single no cheese and no pickle but burger had these items on it.

Been there 3 times in last 8 years. Everytime my order is wrong. When I go back in to ahow them reciept and return food for right order they always act like it's a major inconvenience to them. Not to mention worst tasting Wendy's I've ever been to. Better off anywhere but there!

Got wrong order at drive thru at lunch. To busy to go back. Other times better

This wendies in cape forgot 2 of my four piece nuggets then when I called and explained I was back at work and couldn't go back the situation wasn't reckdified in any manner

I got the Chili and Vanilla Frosty. The Chili was so spicy, I started to sneeze violently, which is your body protecting your mucus membranes from the food that’s too spicy. I can handle spicy food, but this was off the charts. Why the change?

Went through the drive thru and wasnt happy with the service. Got to the window and when he gave me my change it was different from the total he told me. Manager was upset cuz she had to void the order because I already paid. I recieved 8 dollars and 4 dimes and 2 nickels for change.. I think I got cheated. I pulled around the building because the sandwich was made wrong. I Wanted mayo and tomato and they made it with lettuce and tomato. The kid said so do you want mayo on the side? I said no I want the sandwich made right.

Love the spicy chicken! The employee's are always hard at work trying to juggle multiple jobs, because this location is usually understaffed. It can be chaotic, but always hot fresh food from hard working moms, dads, grandparents, college students. I don't think they get paid enough. Dealing with the general public can be excruciating. 20 years ago, highschool kids were the only people working for fast food chains, except management.
